1. Shipping Locations & Coverage

We partner with the nation's leading premium courier networks (including Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and DTDC) to ensure reliable, high-speed delivery to over 19,000+ pin codes. Whether you are cruising through Metro cities or parked in tier-2/tier-3 towns, we will find a way to get our quirky sunshades safely onto your windows.

2. Processing & Manufacturing Timelines

Every Automask sunshade is proudly designed, engineered, and precision-manufactured right here in India. Because we stand by meticulous quality controls to ensure a perfect fit for your specific car model, orders undergo a processing cycle before leaving our facility:

  • Standard Processing Time: 4 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST on Friday or during weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Shipping Charges

5. Real-Time Tracking

No anxious waiting or guessing games. The second your order is securely packed and leaves our warehouse, an automated tracking dispatch alert will slam straight into your inbox and phone via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You will receive a direct tracking link and AWB number to monitor your package's transit journey in real-time.

6. Non-Delivery & Delivery Attempts

Our courier logistics partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three (3) times before initiating a Return-to-Origin (RTO) back to our central warehouse.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, or because the customer was repeatedly unavailable to accept delivery, an additional re-shipping fee will apply to dispatch the package a second time.

7. Damaged Shipments in Transit

We pack our quirky sunshades in rigid, heavy-duty transit boxes to survive rough handling. However, in the rare event that your package is structurally compromised or crushed during shipping:

  • Please record a quick, continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label and the inner contents clearly.

  • Refer directly to our Refund & Exchange Policy and file a damage claim within 7 days of delivery at our support hub for an immediate replacement.
