Refund and Exchange Policy

At Automask.in, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our quirky car sunshades. Because our products are specially crafted for your rides, we do not offer general returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing ordered.

We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is delivered to you in a damaged condition.

Damaged Deliveries Only

If your product arrives damaged, don't worry—we’ve got you covered! We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Window: You must report the damage to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Unused Condition: The product must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact.

How to Raise a Claim

To help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

  1. Take Proof: Take a clear photo and a short video of the damaged product (an unboxing video is highly recommended and helps speed up the process!).

  2. Contact Us: Drop us an email at automask09@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at [+91 9643241510] with your Order ID and the media proof.

  3. Review: Our team will review the details within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup or guide you on the next steps.

Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the damaged item at our facility:

  • Replacements: If you choose a replacement, we will ship out a fresh, brand-new piece to you at no extra cost.

  • Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
